An excellent embroidery punch needle set that works well with embroidery floss or light yarn!
The handle is adjustable so you can insert a small, medium or large needle, depending on your project. And the handle has a screw that adjusts the length of your needle so you can get different loop lengths to add lots of fun texture to your embroidery.
WHAT YOU ARE BUYING:

1 Medium metal needle (lightweight, DK weight yarn)
1 Large needle (weight 4/worsted weight yarn)

Choose from a pink or blue handle.
Handle Length: Approximately 4.92 inches

***IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BEGINNERS***
Tips for using this punch needle:
1. Use a no-slip hoop or gripper frame because the fabric must be drum tight
2. Make sure you have plenty of slack in your yarn/thread coming into the feeder end of the needle or the loops will pull out
3. When moving the needle between punches, keep the needle close to the fabric. Do not pull needle far away, just skim surface of
fabric.
FOUNDATION FABRICS
If you are using these particular backing/foundations here are some recommendations:
Weavers cloth: Small needle and floss
Monks cloth: Large needle and medium weight yarn or medium needle lightweight yarn
Cotton linen: Large needle and medium weight yarn

I ordered this punching set Dec 29th and received the items today, Jan 9th (11 days). My daughter is new to needle punching and she noticed the needle does not stay in place, says it's very complicated to use. The instructions were insufficient and the fabric samples were not included. Very disappointed and will most likely return. It's probably best we wait until the Michael's store opens up close to where we live.
